Lead, Don’t Follow! Another piece of advice that can’t be said enough!
In past years I always thought that it was strong advice but never truly listened to it.
It was a woman by the name of “Jaime Norman” that put this whole thing into perspective for me. I would sit down and cross my arms, No big thing right?!? But she would always reach over and un-cross them. She taught me a lot from that small act but the hidden message in “Lead, Don’t Follow!” is to be comfortable in your own skin don’t try to fit in for anything and that is the one thing most people don’t understand! In being confident in yourself you naturally show the traits of a good leader!
Being honest with yourself and confident in yourself is the two pieces to the puzzle of living a prosperous life.
Don’t follow the masses! Step up and outside the box! Then and ONLY then will you truly be happy and when you reach that point you will then become a leader that leaders feel safe following!
