Harsh Reality-See Things as They Truly Are

1st off I have to say I’m sorry again for letting this post wait before getting it up!
Now, for those of you who have not looked into personal development before and don’t truly understand this step, This Is One Of The Hardest Rules In Life!
You MUST have a Harsh Reality and See Things as They Truly Are! Not worse or better but exactly as they are! That’s what makes this rule one of the hardest because we always go one extreme or another. If we think negative all the time, we have the worst life ever! If we think positive, we are living the dream life! No matter what we can always improve on something and no one is living a perfect life!
Ask yourself these three questions and use pen and paper to list your answers (you can have more than one answer per question)
Before I ask … Be Honest with yourself …
- What are you happy with in your life?
- What are you not happy with in your life?
- what are you O.K. with in your life?
Make a list as long as you need to and when your done you can Acknowledge the stuff your Happy with as things that are a 10
The stuff that you are O.K. with will be a 5 and the stuff you are not happy with list as a 0
I promise there will never be all 10′s on your list if your listing everything and being honest! I’m sorry but God made us to always have room for growth.
If your not happy with your job think about why you don’t like it! Is it the pay? Your boss? Coworkers? The Drive to Work? What you have to do? What you have to Wear? Just look at every aspect of what you are not happy with and focus your time on making it better. If you don’t like your job because of your boss then don’t acknowledge your boss in your head! If you listen to the negative things your day will be a result of that! You can go through your work day and do as your boss tells you but if your sitting there thinking about how your boss rides you all the time and talks about you instead of just focusing on your job … Your workdays are promised to be hell!
Use the list of answers from the 3 questions above and focus 70% of your time on your 0′s – 20% of your time on your 5′s and 10% of your time on your 10′s and from that you will be able to slowly accept the Harsh Reality and See Things as They Truly Are!
To Your Success and Happiness,
