It’s a good question. It’s also a question a lot of people are asking themselves these days. Why am I depressed?
I speak from experience when I say I know there are a lot of different factors that causes depression. From finances to loss of a loved one, health issues, stress, relationships… this list is very long.
I also know the best think you can do is to find the cause of your depression so you can accept that fact and try to face it.
Why am I Depressed?
You can start by asking yourself this question! Dig deep when your trying to figure it out. It’s best to sit down with a pen and paper and start writing down everything that is bothering you. After you get a list of everything that is bothering you then you can start to work on all the problems one by one. BUT!!!! Remember that even though it may seem rough right now, it will get better!
